Days End is inspired by the Australian summer sky. Due to the extreme weather conditions we recently experienced the sunsets beauty was unfortunately foreboding. None the less there was a stillness and peace that contrasted starkly with the fury that followed. Layered acrylics and inks on stretched canvas. This painting is double glazed and finished with blackened edges and is ready to hang.
