Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on original works of art or prints simply for change of mind.

 

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.



Send images HERE and we will replace your print with an identical one. Originals that are damaged during transit, will be repaired or replaced with a commissioned piece of equivalent value.

Returns Policy for International Orders

Please review our returns policy for international orders below:

  1. Free Return and Shipping Exclusion: Please note that international orders are not eligible for free returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  2. Damaged Works: In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, we will replace it with a commissioned piece of equivalent value. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged artwork to initiate the replacement process.

  3. Procedure: To initiate a damage report, please email us at art@taniachanter.com with your order details and photographs of the damaged artwork. We will guide you through the replacement process.

  4. Conditions:

    • Damage report must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
    • Returns are not available for international orders. A commissioned replacement can be created at clients request.
